Search and rescue operations are ongoing in Kyiv after Russia’s massive overnight attack. At least 18 people were killed and dozens injured, including two children.
In the Kharkiv region, five people, among them a child, were injured after Russian drone attacks struck homes, farms, and other civilian sites. In the Kyiv region, two people were wounded as Russian strikes damaged businesses and civilian infrastructure. In the Dnipro region, Russian attacks hit five districts, injuring two people. The aggressor state also targeted the Sumy, Zaporizhzhia, and Cherkasy regions.
Russia continues to deliberately strike homes and families. Pressure on the aggressor must increase, and Ukraine must receive the air defence it urgently needs to protect lives.
